    Request Quote & Hide Price (“we”, “our”, “the app”) helps Shopify merchants hide selected prices and collect quote requests. Support: 962900862@qq.com.

    Data we process

    • Shop information required to install and operate the app.
    • Product and collection identifiers selected by the merchant for hide-price/RFQ rules.
    • Quote request form data submitted by buyers: name, email, company, phone, message, product, variant, quantity, and source URL.
    • Optional integration settings entered by the merchant, such as notification email, Slack Incoming Webhook URL, and outbound HTTPS webhook/CRM URL.
    • Short-lived, hashed App Proxy rate-limit signals used to reduce spam and abuse. We do not store raw IP addresses in the rate-limit table.
    • Shopify OAuth sessions, webhook IDs, and billing entitlement cache.

    How we use data

    • To render Request a quote buttons, hide prices for matching rules, and store quote requests for the merchant.
    • To send merchant-enabled notifications to email, Slack, CRM, Zapier, Make, or a custom HTTPS endpoint.
    • To generate optional editable reply drafts when the merchant configures an AI API key. If no AI key is configured, the app uses local templates.
    • To troubleshoot support issues and keep the app secure.
    • To process subscriptions through Shopify’s official hosted pricing and billing APIs. We do not store payment card details.

    Storage and retention

    App-owned data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Raw quote timeline events, webhook dedupe rows, short-lived rate-limit rows, and billing debug history are cleaned by retention jobs to prevent unlimited growth. Merchants can delete rules and quote requests in the app.

    Sharing

    We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to run the app, including Shopify and Cloudflare. If a merchant enables email, Slack, CRM/webhook, or optional AI reply drafting, the relevant quote data is sent to the merchant-configured provider. tawk.to is loaded for support chat in the embedded admin.
