Service

The app provides Shopify merchants with hide-price rules, Request a quote storefront components, quote request management, optional email/Slack/webhook notifications, and optional reply assistance. Merchants remain responsible for their store content, pricing, tax, legal compliance, integration configuration, and buyer communications.

Billing

• Starter: $4.90/month or $49/year.
• Pro: $9.90/month or $99/year.
• Billing is handled through Shopify’s official hosted pricing/subscription flow. We do not self-host payment collection.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive quote requests.
• Do not attempt to bypass Shopify authentication, app proxy signatures, rate limits, spam filters, or quote form abuse controls.
• Do not use the app to collect sensitive data that is not necessary for a quote.
• Do not connect webhooks or AI providers unless you have the right to send quote request data to those services.

Availability

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it stable and simple, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every custom theme selector.

Termination

You can uninstall the app from Shopify Admin. Uninstall webhooks deactivate the store record and remove sessions. Contact us for additional deletion requests.
